Police canine unit

The work of a police canine unit requires a higher physical capacity than the average population. Indeed, you may be called to respond to various emergency situations or control fraudulent individuals. To determine if you are capable to perform physically demanding tasks of the profession and to prevent injuries at work, it is essential to make a physical aptitude test. The TAP-MC was developped by the RCMP for the purpose of measuring the physical abilities of police canine, to ensure that you have the minimum capacity required for the job.

The TAP-MC is for membres of the police canine unit of the city of Laval and at the airports of Montreal.
